The New York Yankees won their fifth game in a row, this one off the Boston Red Sox. With a combination of Gold Glove type defense and show of power. Last night was pretty much the Gio Urshela show. The Yankees won last night’s game 5-2.
Masahiro Tanaka took the mound for the Yankees. Tanaka had a horrible record last season against the Red Sox; he gave up 22 earned runs in just three starts. Giving up the home run early in the game has been a problem for Tanaka. The Yankees had hope in the game as Tanaka didn’t allow the Red Sox a run in spring training.
