Just when New York Yankees fans thought they got one of their sluggers back, he goes down once again. Hopefully this time it isn’t as serious. On Tuesday night, Yankees outfielder Giancarlo Stanton left during a game against the Toronto Blue Jays with an apparent injury.
According to the organization, it’s a right knee contusion. Stanton will undergo an MRI Tuesday night.
