On July 1, the Eastern League announced their rosters for the 2015 Eastern League All-Star Game. A grand total of five Trenton Thunder players will be in attendance representing the New York Yankees, including C Gary Sanchez, 3B Eric Jagielo, OF Jake Cave, RHP Nick Goody and RHP Eric Ruth. The game will be played on Wednesday July 15th at Hadlock Field Portland, ME.
This is the second straight Eastern League All-Star appearances for Gary Sanchez, who was activated off the disabled list of June 29th after suffering a hand injury earlier in the season.
