While the 2015 MLB trade deadline has come and gone, it doesn’t signal the end of player movement.

While these trades are rarely as high profile as the ones that go down prior to July 31, there have been some big time waiver wire trades in past years (re: the great salary dump of 2012 between the Boston Red Sox and the Los Angeles Dodgers). Players like Alex Rios, Kurt Suzuki and Aaron Hill have also been a part of August trades in recent memory.
