MLB rumors: Andrew Miller to Yankees or Mets? Why a return to New York is possible

With all the focus on Yankees general manager Brian Cashman's quest for a starting pitcher (or two), it's easy to forget there is also some work to be done in the bullpen.

Lance Lynn, Zach Britton and David Robertson are free agents, and none is assured of returning to the Bronx.

SNY's Andy Martino reports the Yankees could look to an old friend on the open market:

Both the Yankees and Mets have expressed interest in free agent reliever Andrew Miller, but he is not close to a deal with either team.

Coming off a down year caused by patellar tendinitis in his left knee, Miller is seeking a multi-year deal, according to major league sources.
