The great Hall of Fame Plaque Debate is over: Mike Mussina will go into Cooperstown with no logo on his cap.

Mussina, who garnered 76.7% of the vote in his sixth year of eligibility, split his 18-season MLB career between the Yankees and Orioles. The question of which team would go grace of Hall of Fame plaque lingered until Friday, when the decision was revealed by Bryan Hoch.

While the Hall has approval rights, Mussina did have his say in the choice, though his 10 seasons in Baltimore and eight more in the Bronx didn’t make it easy.
