Owen asks: What do you think the Yankees chances are of singing Howie Kendrick to a deal in the upcoming off-season? He seems to fit the Yankees needs and current free agent policies fairly well; that is, he plays a position that the Yankees will need filled (I don’t believe in Rob Refsnyder‘s defense), and he’s the kind of guy who can be had for a somewhat large annual salary but without a long term commitment attached to it.
