General manager Brian Cashman and director of amateur scouting Damon Oppenheimer made the presentation to Judge, who was not in Sunday's lineup as the Yankees prepare for Tuesday's American League Wild Card Game against the Twins (8 p.m. ET, ESPN).
"It's incredible. I've never played for a team like this," Judge said after Saturday's 2-1 victory. "Everyone gets along, we're always competing, always having fun. That's what championship teams are made of. I'm excited for what's going to happen here in the postseason."
With an AL-leading 52 home runs, Judge eclipsed the previous rookie record of 49, set in 1987 by the Athletics' Mark McGwire.
