Judge denies Angels run with 100.5 mph rocket

NEW YORK -- Yankees right fielder Aaron Judge proved once again why runners may want to think twice about challenging his arm.

With runners on first and second in the top of the third Friday night against the Angels, it appeared that Justin Upton was going to tie the game with a single to right, but Judge had other plans.

In one fluid motion, Judge scooped the ball off the ground on his glove side and fired a perfect 100.5 mph strike to the plate, according to Statcast™.
