John Sterling will miss another game on Tuesday as the voice of the Yankees continues to try to stay healthy for the rest of the season, The Post has learned.
With his 30-year consecutive game streak over, Sterling may take some more games off as he deals with his medical condition. Sterling has downplayed the severity, saying he is just “under the weather.” Since coming back to begin the second half, he has sounded fine on the air.
He is expected back for Wednesday’s game.
WFAN’s voice of the Nets, Chris Carrino, will be in the booth with Suzyn Waldman for Tuesday’s game.
