Indians' Carrasco, Joba Chamberlain bond over midges

Nearly a decade after a swarm of midges invaded Jacobs Field and threw then-unhittable Yankees reliever Joba Chamberlain off his game in Game 2 of the 2007 ALDS, Chamberlain is still feeling their bite.

When midges attacked Indians pitcher Carlos Carrasco at Progressive Field on Wednesday night, Chamberlain chimed in with his first-hand knowledge of the situation.

@Indians Bug Spray doesn't work!! I know these things

After the game, Carrasco tweeted at Chamberlain, who played for the Indians earlier this season, letting him know that he now understands what he went through that night with the Yankees.
