The Yankees have told Gleyber Torres, their top prospect, to never do again the thing that hurt him last June and sent him for season-ending surgery. And he apparently has taken it to heart.

Bobby Mitchell on Gleyber Torres' slides going forward: "We've made it perfectly clear to him and I don't think he'll ever slide headfirst again. I don't."
Mitchell seemed pretty happy with how Torres slid today.
