CC and Amber Sabathia are still on cloud nine following the pitcher’s 3,000-strikeout milestone during the Yankees’ 3-1 loss to the Arizona Diamondbacks on Tuesday.
“We’re still on a high. We just got back [Wednesday] night, so it’s still insane. It’s almost like I still can’t believe it finally happened,” Amber told The Post on Thursday.
While the couple is gearing up for CC’s celebrity softball game at Yankee Stadium later this month, Amber and her family are still very much cherishing CC’s special moment.
