NEW YORK — We asked Yankees center fielder Jacoby Ellsbury last weekend in Baltimore what song he picked for his walk-up music for his at-bats at Yankee Stadium this season.
"I'm not sure yet," Ellsbury said. "Something upbeat."
Ellsbury decided on a hip-hop song ... as did a bunch of his teammates.
Other Yankees opted for country (Brett Gardner and Chase Headley), classic rock (Austin Romine and Kyle Higashioka) and a tune played by friends (Matt Holliday).
With Greg Bird playing his first home game on Thursday night, we now have all the walk-up songs from Yankees position players.
