Gerrit Cole has arrived.
The Yankees’ new $324 million man was exclusively spotted by The Post outside a Midtown hotel on Monday morning, one day ahead of his introductory press conference at Yankee Stadium.
Cole agreed to a nine-year, $324 million deal with the Yankees last week after a contingent led by general manager Brian Cashman wooed him before last week’s winter meetings during a meeting in California.
Cole, who grew up a fan of the Yankees on the West Coast, has emerged as one of the best pitchers in baseball and was the prize of free agency this offseason.
