Last week our FanPulse respondents felt rattled by the Yankees’ rough road trip. Having buckled down since then, confidence in the team’s direction grew. Trading for Edwin Encarnacion, the American League leader in home runs, helped. Since polls closed on Tuesday afternoon, knowledge of the imminently returning Giancarlo Stanton and Aaron Judge also couldn’t have hurt.
