Clint Frazier left a Triple-A game Thursday evening in the second inning after diving for a ball in the first inning. It appears the outfielder suffered a similar head injury to the one he suffered early in spring training when he was diagnosed with a concussion after colliding with the left-field wall.
The concussion kept Frazier, a top Yankees’ prospect, out of the big leagues until May 15 and he has played sparingly with the Yankees since then.
