Former Yankees ace Roger Clemens is returning to his roots on Thursday. He will call the game between the Red Sox and Astros at Houston's Minute Maid Park for Boston's WEEI Sports Radio.

Clemens has plenty of ties to the game.

He grew up in Houston and won the 1986 All-Star Game MVP when it was played in the Astrodome. Clemens pitched for the Astros from 2004-06, winning the NL Cy Young Award his first season in Houston.

Clements broke into the majors with the Red Sox in 1984, and went on to win 3 Cy Young Awards, before moving on to the Blue Jays and Yankees.
