Dallas Green, the ex-Phillies, Mets and Yankees skipper, passed way, per Jon Heyman of FanRag Sports.

Green was a major league pitcher from 1960-1967, winning 20 games and posting an ERA of 4.26 in eight seasons.
It was the next phase of Green's baseball life, managing and team building, that garnered him many more accolades.
Green was the manager of the 1980 World Series champion Phillies, navigating the franchise to its first world title.
