ESPN apparently has decided Curt Schilling has performed enough penance.
The former Phillies pitcher and current baseball analyst will return from his monthlong suspension to work in the studio for "Baseball Tonight" following coverage of the American League wild-card game, he said Sunday via The Associated Press at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.
Schilling was suspended for the rest of the regular season and the wild-card game for an anti-Muslim tweet.
He was immediately yanked by ESPN from coverage of the Little League World Series last month after he tweeted a post that compared Muslims and Nazi-era Germans.
