TORONTO -- On his first day with the Yankees, Brandon Drury explained the changes that he is working on with his swing, hoping to convert some of his doubles into home runs this season.
The infielder cleared the fences for the first time in his new uniform on Sunday, launching a two-run homer to left-center field as part of a four-run frame against Blue Jays right-hander Marcus Stroman.
Drury hit .267/.317/.447 with 37 doubles, two triples, 13 home runs and 63 RBIs in 135 games for the D-backs last season.
