Yankees starter, has been placed on the 10-day injured list with a left hip flexor strain, the team announced Sunday morning.
Prior to today’s game, the Yankees made the following roster moves:
·Placed RHP Domingo Germán on the 10-day IL with a left hip flexor strain (retroactive to 6/8).
·Recalled LHP Stephen Tarpley from Triple-A @swbrailriders.German led the Yankees’ pitching staff to great success for the first seven weeks of the season, pitching to a 2.60 ERA over 10 starts with 57 strikeouts to just 16 walks across 55.1 innings.
