When Clint Frazier was sent down the minors in June, his defense was an issue.
Now that he’s back, it seems that’s still the case.
Frazier returned to the Yankees on Sunday from his June demotion to the minors and served as the DH.
In Monday’s 7-0 loss to the Rangers, Frazier was back in left field and once again, it was an adventure.
Nothing approaches his three miscues in a loss to the Red Sox on June 2 in The Bronx, which helped lead to Frazier being sent down, but he still showed a lack of comfort despite added defensive work while at Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
