Clint Frazier has made the most of the chance granted by the Yankees’ nightmare injured list.
Now he may join it, too.
The Yankees outfielder was sent for an MRI on his left ankle on Wednesday, according to The Post’s George King. Frazier was noticeably limping during Monday night’s marathon in Los Angeles after striking out in the 14th inning, having rolled his ankle two innings earlier. Frazier was held out of the lineup Tuesday, and won’t be available for the Yankees-Angels series finale.
“I am good. I guess I am going to take a day, but they told me if there is a situation in the game I would be the first one to come in,’’ Frazier said before Tuesday night’s game.
