Clint Frazier isn’t going anywhere — for now

WASHINGTON — The Yankees’ days in National League parks are over until they visit Citi Field next month, but Clint Frazier will be sticking around a while longer nevertheless.

Aaron Boone said after Wednesday’s latest washout at Nationals Park that the outfielder would remain with the Yankees instead of being sent back to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.

Because the Yankees have played few games lately, their bullpen is well-rested and Domingo German is expected to be available in relief at least until Tuesday. As a result, they decided to keep an extra bat around — especially with lefties Danny Duffy and Eric Skoglund scheduled to pitch for the Royals on Saturday and Sunday.
