CC Sabathia left Game 4 of the ALCS with what appeared to be an arm injury in what could be his last Yankees outing ever.
Sabathia entered the game after the Astros chased Adam Ottavino in the bottom of the eighth inning and recorded two outs, though he was hurt in the middle of pitching to George Springer.
The Yankees veteran tried to throw a warmup pitch with a trainer and manager Aaron Boone on the field with him, but ended up leaving in obvious discomfort.
Jonathan Loaisiga came on to relieve Sabathia, finishing off a strikeout of Springer to end the inning.
