Bronx Bombers home run alert green light McCann

Keeping tabs on every home run for the New York Yankees this season. Roxanne, you don’t have to put on the red light. Neither did Yankee skipper Joe Girardi, on Friday evening. On a 3-0 pitch in the first frame, Brian McCann swatted a two-run homer to right, off Miguel Gonzalez, staking New York to a 3-0 advantage. The Yankees would go on to edge the Baltimore Orioles, 5-4.
