Bomber Buzz, 4/23/17: Judge Breaks Statcast, Yankees Make Minor Roster Move

After the Pittsburgh Pirates ripped and chewed the New York Yankees apart on Friday night, the Bronx Bombers gave them a taste of their own medicine on Saturday afternoon, scoring 11 runs en route to an 11-5 victory.

However, the story of yesterday’s game wasn’t about their three-run home runs or the bullpen coming away with the victory.

The story on Saturday afternoon was Aaron Judge’s sixth home run of the season, which was officially calculated at 457 feet, according to Statcast.

The Judge has become must-see television, but believe it or not, so have the Yankees during interleague play.
