Joe Morgan is not going to like my Hall of Fame ballot.
Morgan sent an e-mail to all media members with a vote -- hey, he even addressed me as "Steve," like an old pal. He urged us to keep “known steroid users" out of Cooperstown, because in his estimation, the Hall of Fame is a "place to look up to" where "the hallowed halls honor those who played the game hard and right."
"We hope the day never comes when known steroid users are voted into the Hall of Fame," Morgan wrote. "They cheated. Steroid users don't belong here.
