Baby Bomber Recap 8/9/15: Greg Bird continues to dominate Triple-A with three more RBI in win

Left fielder Ben Gamel and DH Gary Sanchez each picked up three hits with two doubles a piece to lead the way for the RailRiders in a rain-shortened victory. Gamel stole a base and picked up an outfield assist as well. First baseman Greg Bird continued to dominate his his promotion to Triple-A with a hit, a walk, and three RBI, bringing his average with the RailRiders to .295. Second baseman Rob Refsnyder worked three walks and right fielder Aaron Judge reached base via a walk. He also struck out twice. The Yankees' top prospect still in the minors is batting .
