MLB Trade Rumors | Mark Polishuk: The Yankees finally ended their losing streak against Boston on Saturday, but it came at a cost. Tim Locastro, who has been filling in as the starting left fielder with Clint Frazier experiencing vertigo, tore his ACL running into a wall in order to make a grab on an Alex Verdugo fly ball. Locastro stayed in for the remainder of the inning, but was removed from the game shortly afterwards. It’s another blow to the Yankees’ outfield depth, and a severe blow for Locastro, whose game is predicated on his speed.
