ESPN: Commissioner of Baseball Rob Manfred reportedly met with Tony Clark - the Players’ Association leader—on Tuesday and Wednesday, and according to Ken Rosenthal, the league’s latest proposal includes full prorated pay for players and 60 games in 70 days.
