Newsday | Erik Boland: We watch Aaron Judge a lot. Outside from a few hiccups, we pretty much know when he hits the dongs of thunder. Last night was such an instance. Judge has been in a bit of a slump. On Friday, there was even fear that he might have injured his thumb, causing him to miss playing time. Thankfully, that was not the case. Judge knew it wasn’t too serious and he did well to prove it with that go-ahead dinger off of former Yankee legend Anthony Swarzak. Also, I just want to point this Judge statement out.
