Justin Wilson, who left Monday’s game against the Phillies after showing diminished velocity and failing to retire a batter, was diagnosed with left shoulder tightness and is listed as “day-to-day” after an MRI showed no structural damage. The team explained that Wilson has been given an oral anti-inflammatory medication. His status for Opening Day is iffy at best, but it looks like the Bombers dodged a bullet.
