ESPN: New York governor Andrew Cuomo approved a plan to allow the Yankees and Mets 20 percent capacity in-person attendance at Yankee Stadium and Citi Field in April. There are a number of details still to be worked out, but attendees will need to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test, and wear masks.
