ESPN | Coley Harvey: Aaron Hicks got paid. The Yankees’ center fielder signed a 7-year deal worth $70 million yesterday. The deal is definitely a steal for the Yankees, as $10 million AAV is way below market value for a player of Hicks’ caliber.
NY Post | Ken Davidoff: Andy Pettitte is once again a member of the Yankees, but this time he’s taking on the role of Special Advisor to the General Manager. Pettitte apparently turned down an a similar role in Derek Jeter’s administration down in Miami.
