New York Post | Dan Martin: The Yankees haven’t been linked to Trevor Bauer too much, and after hearing his demands for his new team, there may not be a good fit. Bauer said in a YouTube video that he wants a “partnership” with his next team. This would include a say in how often he pitches, what his training looks like, and how to build his “brand.” Bauer also said he doesn’t “want to go back to being miserable playing the game that (he) love(s).” It’s a big ask, and along with his $200 million-plus salary, it’s hard to see the Yankees being the team for him.
