Andujar flashes leather, bashes early HR

ST. PETERSBURG -- Yankees third baseman Miguel Andujar had himself a day against the Rays, all by the middle of the second inning.

The rookie started off by flashing some leather in the bottom of the first. With lefty Jake Bauers batting and the Yankees' infield in a left-handed shift, Andujar was able to track down a fly ball into foul ground in left field. Andujar, who has impressed Yankees manager Aaron Boone with his defensive progress, made the over-the-shoulder catch at full speed near the team's bullpen.
