Yankee general manager Brian Cashman’s alleged stalker was sentenced to five years’ probation Tuesday for committing fraud to land a subsidized apartment in Tribeca.
Louise Meanwell, who still faces charges for allegedly blackmailing the baseball exec, was convicted in Manhattan Supreme Court of scoring the steeply discounted luxury pad.
Meanwell, 39, claimed her daughter lived with her as a second occupant in the one-bedroom when she applied for it in 2007, but she did not have custody of the child.
She was found guilty in June.
Meanwell will be tried at a later date in the Cashman case.
