Aaron Judge home run turns into triple on wild fan interference

Aaron Judge was given a triple after a fan reached over the fence and was called for fan interference on a second-inning play in the Yankees' 9-3 win over the Cardinals on Sunday.

For a moment, it looked as if Aaron Judge had his fourth homer of the season, when he sent an Adam Wainwright pitch deep to right-center.

But a fan appeared to reach over the fence and the ball bounced into — and out of — his glove.

Judge ended up on third and Chase Headley scored from first in the second inning before the play was reviewed during the Yankees 9-3 win over the Cardinals on Sunday night in The Bronx.
