On Saturday, Aug. 22, the New York Yankees will honor a key member of the core four, catcher Jorge Posada.
Drafted by the Yankees in 1990, Posada made his major league debut in 1995 and kicked off a career that would last until 2011. 5. The New Yankee Stadium’s First Home Run
On April 16, 2009, Jorge Posada hit the first home run in the brand new Yankee Stadium.
