NEW YORK (WFAN) — With baseball season set to begin, Yankees beat reporter Sweeny Murti is launching a new weekly feature on WFAN.com.
The “30 With Murti” podcast will hit the website most Friday mornings throughout the season and will feature a half-hour interview with individuals making headlines with the Yankees and across Major League Baseball.
In Episode 1, Sweeny sits down with manager Joe Girardi, and the two discuss his tenure with the Yankees and the upcoming 2016 season, which will open Monday at 1:05 p.m. against the visiting Houston Astros.
