NEW YORK (WFAN) — Rex Hudler is known throughout baseball as one of the game’s most colorful characters. A first-round draft pick by the Yankees in 1978, Hudler had a lengthy minor league career followed by a respectable major league career that ended in 1998.
He is currently a TV broadcaster for the World Series champion Kansas City Royals.
In this week’s 30 With Murti episode, Hudler talks about his long road from prospect to journeyman to broadcaster and does so with the energy that only “The Wonder Dog” can bring.
Have a listen.
