New York Red Bulls II midfielder Kyle Zajec re-signed with the club on February 5 for his third season with the club. In reality, he has been a part of the Red Bulls organization since he was 13 years old.
He started playing in the Academy when he was 13 and played there until he graduated high school and moved on to Georgetown University. During his summers, he captained and played for the Red Bulls U-23’s in USL League Two.
“It means a lot to still be a part of the Red Bulls organization,” Zajec said. “If you told the 13-year-old me that I would still be playing in this organization in ten years’ time, I think he would be really excited.
