With NYRB II in control of their own destiny, thanks to a 2-1 road win, their first of the season, over North Carolina FC on Saturday, John Wolyniec feels a new sense of belief around the squad as his side looks to lock up their fourth consecutive trip to the USL Playoffs.
“I thought it was a huge win,” Wolyniec said. “Huge performance for us, really gutsy. I feel like those are the kind of games you grow in as a group but also as individuals and grow in confidence, in togetherness, in faith, in belief, and all that stuff.
