USL RECAP: NYRB II settles for 2-2 draw in Rochester

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (April 22, 2017) - New York Red Bulls II drew the Rochester Rhinos, 2-2, at Capelli Sport Stadium Saturday evening.

Rochester opened the scoring right before halftime with a right-footed strike from Mike Garzi to beat a diving Evan Louro far post.

Red Bulls II rebounded to start the second half with a quick equalizer. New York was helped by some great hold up play and a quick turn and shot from Brandon Allen to beat the Rhinos goalkeeper in the 50th minute.

15 minutes later in the 65th minute, Vincent Bezecourt would put New York in front after a collision between the Rhinos goalkeeper and centerback fell to the foot of Bezecourt, who easily tapped it in for his fifth goal on the year.
