Red Bulls Academy's Omre Etienne’s U-17 Concacaf Championship campaign has ended, while John Tolkin’s continues.
Etienne's Haiti were defeated by Mexico in the semifinals, with L.A. Galaxy’s Efrain Alvarez scoring the lone goal in the 49th minute. He did not feature in the match.
Tolkin and the United States team topped Canada, 4-0, and will be moving on to the finals of the tournament. He started and played 62 minutes in the victory.
The US is set to take on Mexico in the final on Thursday, May 16, with kick-off 7 p.m. ET.
Both teams qualified for the U-17 World Cup as the four semifinalists clinched a berth.
