Tab Ramos spent a significant part of his youth in places local to the New York Red Bulls: Harrison and Kearny. Tab Ramos was part of the MetroStars squad from the team’s inaugural season in MLS in 1996 until his retirement in 2002. As a MetroStar, Tab Ramos played 131 games in all competitions, was three times named to the MLS All Star team, and is still joint third on the twice-named club’s all-time assists list.

He is also a US Men’s National Team legend: 81 caps for USMNT; played in three World Cups for the USA; US Soccer Male Athlete of the Year in 1990.
