Luis Robles and Aurelien Collin were named to MLS' Team of the Week, in starting spots.
Bradley Wright-Phillips also made the team on the bench.
Collin assisted Phillips' goal on Sunday in New York's victory, while Robles turned in a clean sheet, making five saves.
