Multiple reports out of Honduras cite officials from local top-flight club CDS Vida stating that young forward Douglas Martinez will be on trial with the New York Red Bulls for about 10 days, starting October 9.

The 20-year-old Martinez has been a regular for Vida so far this season, scoring in the club's first league game of the new campaign, against Real Sociedad.
